Do I need to return my board with the original packaging?
It’s not necessary, but we prefer it if you did so we can save on precious materials!
Does my board or remote need to be functional?
We will still accept it if it’s not functional!
Can I trade in a remote or parts only?
This may be something we will look into offering in the future, however, in our initial trial, we will not be accepting parts only.
